Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 14 days of receipt. Item must be in same exact condition as received. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).

Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with us; all other instances; Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

We ship everyday Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please contact us if you have any shipping inquiries & we would do our best to accommodate your request.

All products are shipped within one or two business days after receipt of payment.

We provide FREE ground shipping on most domestic orders within the contiguous United Stated orders.

We ship domestically to the contiguous United States as well as internationally. If you are unable to checkout; please contact us to determine if your country is eligible for shipping.

Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address, or marked as unclaimed, may be subject to a restocking fee.

Immediate payment is required upon checking out through the cart.

We are legally required to collect sales tax in New York State. The applicable amount of sales tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination.
