medication designed to relieve multiple severe cold and flu symptoms during the night.
It provides temporary relief from aches, pains, cough, and other cold and flu symptoms to help you rest.
Active ingredients
The active ingredients are:
Acetaminophen (650 mg): A pain reliever and fever reducer.
Diphenhydramine HCl (25 mg): An antihistamine and cough suppressant. Some formulations may also include a nasal decongestant like phenylephrine HCl.

According to the drug label, the recommended dosage for adults and children 12 years and older is:
Dosage: 30 mL (using the included dosing cup) every 4 hours while symptoms persist.
Maximum daily dose: Do not exceed 5 doses (150 mL) in 24 hours.
Pediatric use: Not for use in children under 12 years of age.
